Les plus : l'hôtel est neuf et il est bien situé au cœur de la ville à côté de la gare. Les moins: le petit-déjeuner est médiocre mais il pourrait facilement être amélioré de manière substantielle, avec une meilleure organisation et surtout en remplaçant certains produits industriels et bas de gamme par des produits frais et de proximité. À ce prix, il existe de nombreux établissements qui offrent un petit déjeuner impeccable ! Le très gros moins: il faisait plus de 30 degrés en ville, et dans la chambre il faisait la même température! Nous en avons fait part à la réception mais apparemment il n'y a aucun moyen de baisser/contrôler la température. Résultat : absolument impossible de fermer l'œil de la nuit. Je n'ose même pas imaginer la fournaise que ce sera en été durant une période de canicule. L'hôtel à ses qualités, et du potentiel, mais il lui manque l'élément principal : permettre à ses clients de dormir !

Praktische Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht

Neues, modernes Hotel mit dem üblichen Standard. Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, alles da was man braucht. Sehr hohe Schlafqualität. Leider funktionierte bei unserem Aufenthalt der Fernseher nicht (keine Kanäle wählbar). Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt zu wünschen übrig... der Nachschub an sauberem Geschirr und frischen Esswaren gelingt (wärend der Stosszeit) nicht.

neues Hotel, zentral gelegen, Kinderkrankheiten

-neues, modernes, sauberes Hotel -sehr zentral gelegen (zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt) in neuem Stadtquartier Vieles muss sich aber noch einspielen: -Frühstücksbuffet war um 9:00h schon leergeräumt (Brot musste aufgebacken werden ca. 20min warten). Essen kam nur nach und nach aus der Küche. Es war offensichtlich nur eine Person für das Frühstück verantwortlich, was für ein Hotel in dieser Grösse am Sonntag zu wenig ist. Für ein neues Hotel sehr hellhörig: -Türschliesser schlagen Türen sehr laut zu, was im ganzen Stockwerk hörbar ist -Glocke und Stimme vom Lift sehr laut. Wenn in der Nacht jemand den Lift benutzt sind alle wach Übertriebene 'Beduftung' in der Lobby mit einem billigen Parfum (also alles Punkte, welche sich verbessern lassen)
