This hotel is in arguably the best neighborhood in Venice, with amazing food, beautiful canals, and far less hustle and bustle of the tourist zones. The staff were absolutely incredible, even going so far as to pack us a breakfast for our 3:30 am departure from the hotel via water taxi. Would come back any time!

Bad recommendation for boat trip from hotel.

The hotel and service is fantastic, the only issue we were asked at check-in if we wanted a boat trip from hotel to see the main canals. It was the biggest waste of 90 euros. Boat was covered so couldn't see hardly anything no commentary to tell us where we were or any explanation.

The staff was amazing the bellboy the front desk the bartender, the guy that did breakfast every morning. Amazing amazing.! we got a complementary drink when we got there. The hotel was well worth the price amazing garden in the back very very good service by all the gentleman that worked there.
