The place itself is actually very nice and spacious, the only negative I had is the amount of locked doors needed to go through and that they take some getting used to with opening. However, the hosts were some of the worst I have ever had with an Airbnb style stay. Before arrival, they took hours upon end to message me back about checking in and the day of my flight, I sent multiple messages asking how to check in and that my flight was delayed so I would be arriving later than I thought, and they didn’t respond to me all day until around the time my flight arrived. Because of this, and due to the fact they they said I couldn’t check in past midnight, I was forced to book another hotel for the night since I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to stay there due to their lack of communication. They then offered to pick me up from the airport (13 minute drive) for 50 Euros. Seriously? The communication on their end got much better when it was regarding their late check in fee and city payment, because of course it seems they only care about money and not their guests. Later that evening, the power went out in the entire place and, while no one expected the hosts to come and fix it that night, they didn’t even come until around 10 the next day. These hosts were seen on WhatsApp early but didn’t respond to any of my texts regarding the power. My final day here, I asked extremely important questions about checkout, no response at all. Would be 1 star if place wasn’t nice. Awful

The property was nice. In a nice quiet suburb. Only a 20 minute public transport ride to Venice. We got one bedroom in a three bed apartment. Each bedroom locks. There is a shared bathroom and dining room. The bed was super comfy. My only qualm with the place was that the door to get into the apartment was a bit difficult to open. The host was also super wonderful! Great place for the price you pay.

Basic stay for budget trips

Appartamento di una palazzina non molto carina, trasformato in guesthouse. Tre camere, un bagno e una cucina. La location vicino alla stazione Venezia Mestre e il prezzo sono le due positività. Pulizia decente, ma ovviamente dipende molto dagli altri ospiti della guesthouse. Comfort minimo, le serrature delle camere e del bagno fanno un casino enorme ad aprirsi e chiudersi, cosi si sente tutto anche durante la notte. Check-in non facile con orari limitati e il tizio che ci ha fatto aspettare 15 minuti, nonostante avessimo avvisato per tempo.

Reservé en un lugar al que fue difícil llegar y muy cansado con las maletas. Una vez ahí, me comunicaron por WhatsApp que estaba lleno y me cambiarían a un apartamento de la misma categoría. Afortunadamente, la persona tuvo la amabilidad de ir por mi en auto luego de rectificar que fuera por mi cuenta. Es un cuarto en un departamento está en un complejo de edificios de vivienda, algo alejado. Es limpio pero sin atractivo alguno, igual que ese barrio. La persona que da las llaves es amable aunque habla poco inglés y nada de español.
