The property was well located and relatively easy to find. The apartment was spacious, although very poorly lit. The hot water service had to be restarted every morning, instructions about every item about the apartment were handwritten in Italian, it was almost impossible to translate the language for someone who has rudimentary knowledge of Italian. Suggest that instructions are typed - Even in Italian it would be easier to translate. The biggest issue for me was that the lock on the door of the washing machine was broken and I couldn’t open the door. I booked the unit based on the fact that it had a washing machine, it was an inconvenience not to have it. I sent an sms about the issue to the number I was given, however did not receive a response at all, and didn’t bother following up, I had other things to do while I was in Venice.
