This is an old world hotel. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. You can hear the waves and breathe the ocean air. No tv. Basic rooms but a wonderful European breakfast.

Griffen Spahotel
Vi have en fantastisk weekend, og havde ikke en finger at sætte på noget som helst. Værelserne var rene, personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, og morgenmaden var fantastisk, med varieret udvalg. Spaen havde alle de faciliteter vi kunne ønske os. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Wonderful, welcoming place! Very clean and pretty rooms, a delicious spread for breakfast featuring almost all local goods, and a spot for a freezing cold dip outside in the sea next to a sauna, should you dare. What could be better?!

The staff were friendly, pleasantly offered recommendations when needed. The room was VERY clean, which was appreciated, and the breakfast was good, and had a lot of options. Be aware, if you have an issue with stairs, ask for a first level room when booking as there is no elevator. I definately ...

Some rooms situated close to the center of downtown Vang are the Hotel Nordlandet and Romantik Holiday Apartments.
3 miles (5 kilometers) outside of central Vang, you will come across the Pension Klostergården. Alternatively, the Hotel Skovly can be found approximately 7 miles (12 kilometers) away. Another option is to check out the amenities and rates at the Hotel Friheden or the Sandkås Hotel & Feriecenter.
Are you looking for activities? You could spend a few hours checking out Oluf Host Museum and Osterlars Rundkirke, which can be found in Gudhjem, 8 miles (13 kilometers) southeast of Vang.
