No concierge service in helping you plan out your day. All they did was try to sell you on the tours. For instance, Grouse Mtn: they gave us a brochure for a ridiculous amount of money. NEVER informed us that there was a free shuttle we could get and pay there without the up charge. A true concierge service would give you the best options and work with you.

Great check in. Carpet in bedroom seems dated - no slippers which we’d normally make use of. Towels and bathrobe past their best. Restaurant, when we visited for lunch, clearly understaffed. Beds super comfy and a great harbour view, which is why we booked it.

Great location tho the view was obscured, not mentioned in the description. Good bed, excellent pillows, nice towels. We had 2 comfy waffle-weave robes the first night, then only one robe tie a couple days, then no robe! The coffee service only had dark roast or decaf, no other offered according to housekeeper, so we bought some light roast at the expensive nearby market.

The front desk clerk did not ask for our bag check ticket. We called down to the front desk two times to ask about why our bags have not been delivered to our room, it had been over 2 hours. We went to the front desk to inquire. We got it sorted out, the manager personally escorted us with our bags to our room and offered us a $50 credit off of our dinner. My wife and I both woke up with a sore back in the AM. The beds were not comfortable, I also noticed the sheets are starting to get small rips in them. All in all a decent place, the manager is holding it together!!

The guest services were so very helpful & accommodating. The room was very clean and a good size. The room attendant, Linet, was the best. She was so helpful and nice especially since my husband was not feeling well. She changed all the linens so quickly and made sure we had enough towels. I could not have asked for a better room attendant. Thank you

Hotel is located steps away from Coal Harbour and a great place to stay before and after a cruise. Rooms are quite large and ours had a superb view of the harbour. Overall hotel is outsated and the beds are not super comfortable. Staff and food in breakfast room are excellent.
