"On Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice. Additionally, I went to the bar and the bartenders were also very slow and it was not even full. It was only myself and another couple at the bar. I also thought that the hostess of the restaurant was very rude and not very warm and are welcoming. My room also had issues such as tile that is separating from the walls in the bathroom and every time you shower, the floor of the bathroom would flood. Additionally, I requested a late checkout and I was told it would be an additional $100 and when I still requested only one hour difference in the late checkout housekeeping was still barging into the room unannounced, even though hours before I had notified the front desk, I wanted a late checkout.
