This property met my needs wonderfully, I have used them before and will again. I checked in later in the evening which wasn't a problem at all but I must say the receptionist wasn't very pleasant or forthcoming with information. The only other minor item was that my bed was very noisy. I had a king bed with a metal spring under the mattress which creaked very loudly with any movement. I've never seen that setup before.

Hotel stay

Checkin was good. Bed had a low spot in it. Needed to be rotated. Luckily it was a King so I was able to move to the other side and find a level spot. Soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty but enough for a shower. No shower mat so floor of the tub was very slippery during the shower. Towels, sheets etc were clean and plentiful. Climate control worked fine. Didn't use TV so no review there. All in all room was acceptable but uncomfortable bed on one side and small pillows made sleeping a prep before adequate comfort was found.

The hotel is older. Our shower did not drain. We reported to the front desk twice, and no one ever came to attempt to fix the issue. The kitchen area needs a water refill station, it’s Texas and hot!! Probably will not stay there again.

Water temperature in the shower would not stay constant it would go from hot to cold, back and forth., very uncomfortable. Asked twice to have the soap dispenser in the shower refilled, it never was. The bed frame was made of flimsy metal that would make a popping noise when getting in and out of bed.

Check in only said what she had to. Asked for bottom floor stating over booked. Hair dryer broke and asked to borrow one. Was informed they didn't have a spare. I had somewhere I had to be at 8am . She informed me I could I could speak with the manager. I asked when she would be in. She informed me 10a. I work in operations management and I have to say someone needs to be replaced and management needs to run this business better. This is being ran like so many businesses now day's, if they have a warm body they don't care how customers are treated.

Tub not clean

Room was big, bed was clean, but the tub looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in along time and there was hairs in it and the body wash had enough for one person, I stood on a hand towel to shower. lotion had a size of a dime left in it.
