I had an issue with our first room. There was a leak. We were immediately moved to another room with no issue. The rooms are very nice, spacious & cozy. There are also many dining and retail options within walking distance.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Main complaint was noise. We could hear music or someone’s tv the entire night. At first we thought it was from outside but realized it was another room in the morning.

The room was disgusting. There was feces in the bathroom flooe I had to clean before our daughters ended up stepping in it. One of the remotes didn’t work. The hair dryer didn’t work. She sheets were dingy.
