Excelente ubicación para unas vacaciones ya que muchos restaurantes, tiendas, el muelle de Tybee y el Centro de Ciencias Marinas se encuentran dentro del radio de 1-2 cuadras. ¡El acceso a la playa se encuentra en este bloque! Hay una vista lateral al mar desde el balcón privado cubierto que está amueblado con una mesa con capacidad para 4 y 2 sillas de altura de barra para que pueda disfrutar de la vista.

La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, DVD, y está cómodamente amueblada e incluye un sofá cama Queen. La cocina totalmente equipada es perfecta para cocinar durante su estancia. El comedor está junto a la cocina con capacidad para hasta 6 en la mesa y otros 3 en la barra de desayuno. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, y la habitación tiene un baño privado contiguo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales y TV de pantalla plana de 32 ". Hay un baño completo adicional en el pasillo junto con lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia.

El estacionamiento cubierto se encuentra en la planta baja. Este condominio es la Unidad # 4 que se encuentra en el segundo piso, en el extremo derecho del edificio. A perfect location and beautiful unit

We very much enjoyed everything about staying at Tybee Island, and a big part of that was staying in this unit! Clean, close to the beach, very comfy and spacious.
Beautiful sunset from the patio.
Beaches were clean and nice. Busy in the weekend but not as much during the week.
Bright, clean space.
Great patio. For morning coffee.

Great location. Great condo. Parking is a little difficult if you're in a truck. We got it worked out though. I would stay here again.

Great beach getaway!

Love the closeness to the beach, pier and shops. Condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Quiet area at night. And it’s nice to look out at the parking lot to judge how busy the beach would be. Parking underneath the condo is nice too.

Read the fine print

So, the fine print in TVR's contract advises that check-in during peak season could be after 4:00 pm if the property is not ready. My ETA was 4:30. I noticed at 4:00 pm I had not been texted the code for the unit. I called TVR and the property was still being cleaned. Upon arrival at 4:30, there were vehicles in the assigned space and I still hadn't received the code. I called back and at this time, I am irritated after driving so long and sitting here just waiting. The staff were extremely nonchalant but basically said they understood my frustration and are keeping an eye out for when the property would be ready. About 15 minutes later, I received the code. Simultaneously I was already speaking to VRBO about the issue. VRBO is a third-party and has no control over the property administration however luckily my agent took an extra step and contacted the property on my behalf-(I believe this is why TVR eventually half attempted to rectify the situation). I asked for a later check-out by the hour that was wasted and the property declined. They refused to compensate the difference on my trip as well. Eventually they offered a gift card to a local restaurant. I asked how much and they wouldn't tell how much they intended to provide. We ended up on the phone with a manager and I asked that the gift card be at least $50.00. She didn't readily agree but said she would see. I picked up 2 $25.00/ gift cards for a restaurant that evening from the dropbox. She did oblige despite apparent hesitancy. She made it clear that their contracts specify that check-in at 4:00 pm is not guaranteed if cleaning etc. needs to occur. The property itself was as expected however the tub was dirty and the carpet was not vacuumed(I took pictures/date/time stamped) so I'm not sure how much cleaning really occurred. The location was good for the beach. The food at the restaurants was mediocre and most of the restaurants tack on additional gratuity into the prices so be mindful. It was what it was-we made the most of it and enjoyed the beach. Overall, I wouldn't return to the island-it just wasn't for us. This property was overall decent. If you're okay with the unknowns surrounding check-in and have visited before-it could work for you. It was my first and last visit. There are tons of property management agencies out here and a few hotels, so if you're not willing to wait around for property cleaning-you may want to consider a hotel or another company without the fine print.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was awesome with the beach access, restaurants and shops all right there. I highly recommend this condo!

Clean and Very Close to Beach and places to eat and shop!

Upon arrival we were more than pleased. Everything was perfect and had accommodations to the fullest. Very easy to book and really enjoyed the fact that they had an App for our stay. Checking out was a breeze, just a simple click on the provided link and you are on the way! A must rent for family beach time.

Great location, OK Condo

The location is fantastic! The condo and furnishings are very outdated so the overall feel was dirty. We did not sit on any interior furniture during our stay...we just slept in the bed. The bed lines, towels, TP, and paper towels are very cheap. We did not receive the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion that was advertised in the listing. We did not get a text when the condo was ready to check-in like we were told...we just took a chance and went in after 4pm. We found a sock and a makeup brush in plain sight so we questioned the cleanliness of the unit. If you just care about location, this is the place for you.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay for our first family vacation as a family of four (1 and a 4 year old) It was perfect location for walking to beach, eating, ice cream and fun little shopping!

Truly enjoyed our first stay at Tybee. It was a wonderful family Vacation complete with everything that makes family time enjoyable for us including bike riding around the island, cute cafes, great food and looking for seashells on the beach. Tybee Vacations made our stay comfortable and easy. Loved the condo and location close to the shore and bike trail.

My Family and I really enjoyed our Tybee Island beach vacation. The condo was great for our 3 children and my husband and I. It was a great beach getaway for the whole family. The staff was very friendly and understanding considering we recently lost our pet,Roxy, 2 weeks before the trip(Roxy was to join us on our family vacation).Their condolences meant so much to our family. When we arrived at the property it looked clean until we got inside. The master bedroom bed had what looked like a pee stains on the bottom corner when you entered the room. The sheets that were left for the sleeper sofa had dry blood stain in them. The carpet needed to be shampooed. At least the beach was in walking distance

Courtney and I have came to Tybee for the past 2 years and love the island, the people, and your properties! We got engaged on this past trip on the backwater at sunset!! This was a great place to stay even after the hurricane. it seems that people got things cleaned up and was eager to see visitors. Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the room and all the amenities. Looking forward to our next trip! Only wish that they would not have set the timer for the lock code sooner than our check out time. We had a keyless entry access code to get in the room and it stopped working the night before our check out. FYI the condo is pet friendly but pets are prohibited on the beach.
