The condo was exceptionally clean. Check in and out was easy. The bathroom is small in this condo, not a bathroom easily shared with more than one person at the same time. The kitchen was basically equipped if you are not staying for an extended time. Having a washer and dryer was convenient as we stayed for a whole month. We did find the walls to be thin, as the building is a 4-unit condo, we were able to hear our neighbors next to, and above us. Parking was a bit congested at times depending on how many cars your neighbors have when they are staying at their unit.Also, the condo itself is on the main street of Tybee, during the week the traffic noise was ok, but on weekends we did hear a lot of loud vehicles coming and going to the beaches. Not conducive to sitting on the porch to enjoy the outside.We were also given the option to arrive an hour early and leave an hour later checkout, it was an extra 50 for the additional hour! Talk about nickel and dimes a customer that was staying for a whole month!Never used the pool, the weather wasn't the best for us to use it, and we are not pool people type.It was convenient to the beaches and into town.We loved Tybee itself, beautiful beaches, friendly people, laidback atmosphere and have already booked a different place for March 2027.
