The front desk attendant was very friendly. When we got to our room and ready for bed, there were not sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. In the king bed, there was hair all over the bed.

Liked the room, liked the people, had no complaints of any kind until moments before leaving the room to check out. Evidently the shower caddie, the stainless steel rack that holds the courtesy soap and shampoos, is glued to the shower wall using silicone adhesives. Just as we were preparing to leave the room we heard a loud crash in the bathroom. The shower caddie had fallen to the floor. Suggestion: if you are going to place a rack with soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall, and place products in that rack that rquire downward pressire on the spouts to dispense, dont depend on glue to keep you out of a lawsuit when the metal rack crashes down on the naked foot of a guest. We got out without injury, but you could have a serious problem if these things fall at the wrong time.checEvidently the

My whole stay was awesome. The hotel was always tidied up and smelling refreshed. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will be staying again if ever I'm in Tupelo, Mississipi.

The hotel had cancelled our room when we arrived at 10pm, because they said they tried to run our card and it declined ( we recently had to cancel the card that we booked with because of fraud). I had opted to pay when we checked in. They gave us a room and it was fine. It was clean enough, but tired. It could definitely use some sprucing up, especially for $235 a night. The bathroom furniture was falling apart and was dirty along the skirting boards. They were sold out of water and also when we asked for a razor because we forgot one, they were out of them too. The morning staff were definitely more friendly.

Worst hotel ever!

I waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes. I finally call the hotel & someone appears. I was greeted by, “are you a reward member” ….well you can’t check in until 3. This was at 2:25. Not a pleasant word spoken. After checking in I was informed I would not have cleaning service-they only do that every 7 days. I guess that explains the live roach in the room. If I needed towels I had to bring them to the front desk & place them in a basket (they touched nothing). Only then could I get a replacement. No coffee or water in the room. You must purchase everything from a vending area downstairs. Hallway carpet bubbled up from some type of water damage. Very old key card system. Worst hotel ever. Will NEVER stay again or recommend.
