Staff was pleasant. Room was somewhat clean. The door was needing some attention and we found a sock by the bed. Breakfast was mediocre and there was recently a gas leak near the hotel which meant there wasn't any hot water. It would have been nice to know before or as soon as we checked in. Beds where comfortable and the amenities decent.

When we arrived at the facility we found out that there was no hot water due to a gas leak that had caused the entire Tupelo area to not have any gas service. While this was not the fault of the facility it would have been nice to have had that noted on the booking info since the gas service had been unavailable for several days.

Very Very comfortable bed and bedding !!! When we arrived there was zero hot water but that included the whole town due to a construction worker blew up the natural gas line, it was ok tho because i was just praying for the 3 workers that got seriously injured, so i can go a night without hot water compared to that. BTW, the staff were extremely pleasant! Yes i would recommend!!
