I paid for insurance on the room and got sick and tried to cancel and use my insurance and Travelocity paid me no attention and took my money and now you’re asking me how was my stay when you know that I did not stay because I was sick and you took my money anyway. I will never use you again and anyone I speak with I will always inform them that Travelocity is not a standup company and I don’t understand why you charge insurance for nine dollars when you don’t stand by your word
