The old switch a room surprise.

I was disappointed when I pulled up to check here a little after 3pm, there was a girl being handcuffed right outside of entrance. I was checking in and getting my keys to room, that was when I was told that Im not getting a king size bed but two queen. No one call, text, email to see if I would want to continue to keep my reservations. As walking in the hallway there a super sound smell of Marijuana.

Bed bugs and no heater

Heater did not work. January in Tucson is very cold. Not enough blankets to keep warm. Smelled like residual smoke from previous guests smoking in the room. Dogs from other guests kept barking at night. One of the other kids rooms had 2 bed bugs that bit them. The kids found and killed them.

I was nervous about staying here alone as a female. The front desk staff was very kind and the room was spotless, but it is in a noisy area and a lot of the other guests made me feel unsafe. I had a rental car and was unsure about leaving it in the lot overnight because there was someone parked to me who was not staying at the hotel. He seemed to be sleeping in his car.

Tucson family stay

Our stay was fine. The room was comfortable and they accepted cats. The one downer is we found two hatchling roaches near our door the first day of our stay. After that we didn't have a problem.
