Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and the private beach was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan view.

beautiful home on the bay

very well-stocked home with a beautiful backyard (with a grill) and even nicer private beach (across M22). enjoyed using the kayaks, beach chairs and sand toys. large dining room table accommodated our group.

Felt like home away from home

We had a memorable week at the beautiful property, such a well stocked property with perfect private beach including fire pit and kayaks! Slept great and enjoyed the landscaped backyard complete with gas grill. We would happily visit again.

Excellent Location & Beautiful View

We loved how clean this home was & the location was perfect. The view from the living room window is gorgeous! The beach was an added bonus that we enjoyed everyday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as stated. Six adults stayed here for six nights & it was very comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

Great location with great hosts.

I have used VRBO for a number of vacations and this home met all my expectations. Very comfortable and well equiped. The view of the bay is lovely and be sure to check out the amazing blue spruce in the yard.

The kitchen is nicely stocked with quality items and appliances. The house is incredibly clean and organized. The AC works very well as well. The private beach is another bonus. While the road noise (M22) is significant in the front of the house, the backyard is quite and private. This is an excellent place to stay.

The property is maintained well, very clean, and well stocked with items needed on a daily basis as well as things that are needed on vacation- cooler, camp chairs, etc. We love the location between Traverse City and Sutton's Bay as there is easy access to downtown, wineries, shopping, etc.

Wonderful experience! We stay up north every summer to visit family and this house was the perfect spot. We loved the kayaks and evenings making smores on the firepit.Great memories were made.

Traverse City Weekend Getaway

Amazing view from the house. The private beach across the road was lovely my Labrador enjoyed the most it was fun n relaxing time. The rain spoiled a day for us but we the time we spent at the property. Would love to come back again. Vivek

Relaxed Stay!

The property was very, very clean and well cared for. It was well stocked with living essentials (Soaps, cleaning products, TP , paper towels, etc) kitchen items, linens, etc. It was in a very good location easily accessible to downtown Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Very nice beach. It is located on a very busy street (M-22) so if you have small children or pets who easily run from you -you need to be aware of that. Highly recommend property!

West Bay House with extras

Family getaway with adult children. Lots of kitchen items, storage & cooking options. Home was clean & tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the private West Bay beach, although the traffic speeding made it difficult to cross the street or get out of the drive at times. Huge backyard. Kayaks were a nice extra, although my very tall family members did not fit well. Would stay here again despite that & would recommend!

Loved it

First off the beds were amazing. I have stayed at so many others for work and this one had the most comfortable beds. Loved the little beach area. It was perfect for a nice little relax after a long day. I have learned I am not a kayak person.. lol but if you are then you will enjoy them. All and all it was a great stay. And I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space and location. Plenty of room for 6 people. Backyard and beach areas were beautiful! Had a lot of dishes and supply of towels/blankets/pillows. Most things were cleaned well. However, there was a lot of dust on windowsills, fans, and underneath beds. The couch and chair have been used a lot and are kind of hard to get out of, especially if you are older. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house, mainly just for sleeping and breakfast. So it worked well for us.
