Too many things not good at this hotel. 1- The WiFi is not working in the room on my laptop. 2-The TV is not working. 3- The water does not go through quickly in the bathroom sink. 4- The room service is not done daily. 5- The breakfast food has limited choices. The place for breakfast is small and crowded.

The customer service is very bad. I asked a few times to solve my problem no one answered, i asked to change my bed sheet and i asked for towels, i came back later, no one did that to me, i need my money back. I am here to relax me and my little child with ADHD and i am on odsp i made an effort to come and enjoy, first I couldn't sleep because of the small bugs and the customer and room service was very bad..

The room was better than expected for the price, with a full kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. Unfortunately, after a 12-hour drive and arriving at 11 pm, we found dark, red-brown stains on the carpet near the bed—enough to raise cleanliness concerns. We were moved to a new room, but it was a hassle, especially being tired and having to repack and move far down the hall. The new room felt smaller, and the bed wasn’t stable—the head lifted off the floor when you sat at the end. The pool was nice, and we liked the music there. Breakfast was disappointing: pastries weren’t good, options were limited, and it closed early at 9:30. Staff were pleasant during the few interactions we had.

One of the HVAC units was not plugged in. The electrical receptacle located under the HVAC unit had expoded wires and when I tried to plug it in, there was a sort circuit which results in a very bright flash and loss of power to the entire suite. I was fortunate not to be seriously injured. The hotel staff moved us to another room where one of the bed was covered in crumbs. iT aslo took over an hour to have blankets, pillows and sheets for this bed delivered.

The restaurant was full and we couldn’t find a table in the morning for a breakfast so my husband took a little bit to the room. Our room was BIG and I like the bed was comfortable . You hear the other guests when they close their doors

Very disappointed that this property does not have an airport shuttle as indicated in the listing. I specifically looked for hotels with airport shuttles, only to find out when I arrive and check in that they do not. In addition, the hotel indicated that they have asked numerous times to have that removed from their listing but clearly that has not happened.

We went to the hotel,when we arrived we had a problem in our room and we talked to the front office supervisor,and to our surprise she handled the issue so professionally,he name was Tooba Butt,we just wanted to thank her and thank the manager of Town place Suites By Marriot for helping us with everything we needed and for making us feel at home I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it.
