Beautiful roomy suite for an autistic girl.

Love the Exceutive suite i booked with the club lounge access. I stayed on the top floor (10th floor).my daughter, whom is non verbal with Autisrm, love the room. She usually request to leave at night for home on our previous travel in different hotel. This time she didnt try to escape from the room during the night and happily stay in and very contented thru our 4 days 3 nights visit. We are so happy that she enjoy the staycation while our home is under mini renovation. It means a lot to us.We will be back again for sure.

My daughter visited us in the hotel. We were in the pool, and ordered chicken fingers and fries. We had to leave not long after and forgot to pay for it. We received 3 phone calls in a matter of 1 hr to come back and pay. One call is fine, 3 calls is unacceptable. The food could have been charged to our room. Was not happy at all with. Oh and breakfast is way too expensive. 1 slice of toast is $4. Dont think we will come back.

They don’t clean your room even if you request it to them. I had to chase housekeeper multiple times to get new towels and get the garage can emptied. The location is central, however you hear cars every night.
