Housekeeper staff was excellent n courteous. Front desk staff was super nice, patient and understanding. Standing shower a nice replacement for tub. Wished bathroom fan was separate from light switch. Would be nice if toilet is in separate room from shower area. Barn door to bathroom was bulky and hard to use and cannot lock. Shower floor slippery and have no grip mat. Also, bathroom fan was dusty. Should be cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and tried to do everything to make yoi comfortable. The hotel was clean. The only thing negative was They ran out of face clothes. We had face clothes the first day and the last day so 54 days without face clithes was very inconvenient

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The only complaint was we had very little hot water and the temp would go from warm to freezing on and off throughout the shower. That shouldn’t happen in a hotel. Aside from that, great stay.

1st room have terrible ordour, the lady from front dest wasn't nice to help but try to find excuses to avoid changing room. Supervisor of room service was kind, he checked and decided the smell was too strong to stay, the front desk then changed room for us, but never saw a sorrow smile on her face, cold stone face made us unpleasant.

We had made two separate bookings. We wanted to combine them. Expedia was unable to help us. We were told we had to pay an extra $100 at least to do this. Someone from the hotel contacted me via text and combined the reservation for only $20 extra. When we arrived at the hotel our fridge was not working. We contacted the front desk and within minutes we were brought a brand new fridge. The staff was kind and courteous. They were extremely accomodating. Our internet was not working and they immediately told us what to do to get it to work. Very clean hotel and room. Beautiful and warm swimming pool. Breakfast next door at the Sheraton was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking situation was a disaster very limited parking as it's shared with a million businesses and the Sheraton. Hotel looked really pretty and updated when we walked in but the rooms didn't feel clean enough, there was dust everywhere and the carpet was not clean. The bathroom was clean but idk how housekeeping didn't see that the toilet seat is actually broken! By the time I noticed the bathroom seat I had already cleaned the room gotten everything in place as I have a toddler. The place has potential but needs someone to supervise. Another thing was very irritating is that the text message I got before arriving felt very welcoming and I was asked if there is anything they can do to make our stay better so I asked if we can get a 30 minutes early check-in, only to get a message an hour and a half past check in time saying "looks like you already checked in, is there anything else I can do" so I just told whoever was sending the message that they didn't really do anything, so what's the point of asking!!! Over all not the best experience and I generally don't recommend the hotel in its current situation!!

Brilliant check-in staff who helped me when i had a mishap. We stay here at least 3 times a year. It's fabulous. Great area for restaurants and 3 mins to the highway.

Rooms had everything you’d need in them. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and the water temp and pressure was great in the showers. The only thing I didn’t like were the bathroom doors. Because they were barn door style they looked great but didn’t feel like I had privacy when inside.
