It’s an awful experience in this hotel. I was check in on Monday Mar 3rd. They give the room#103 which in front of staff room. Every time the staff goin and come out make a super loud of noise when they close the door. All the people go though the front of my room I can here. The sound insulation is none. I’m a light sleep person. Every time the door open or close wake me up and I couldn’t have any chance to get rest. I would rather than spend extra 100 to switch another hotel to have a peace night and good sleep. Plus the shampoo and body wash are empty bottles when I check in. What a joke service. Never choose this hotel again.
