Felt bad for the receptionist who checked us out as he had to deal with the previous one’s error so we don’t blame him. Microwave had literal mold growing in it and smelled like fungus. We went to reception ASAP and they said they couldn’t do anything since it was night wnd that they’ll update us in the morning. There was no update. When we complained about it we were told we could’ve had a free breakfast but it was too late because we were checking out. We were also told that there were no rooms available so we were given whatever was left. Incredibly disappointed. Very dirty. We wiped everything down ourselves when we got there.
