Avoid this hotel.

This hotel is located in a terrible suburb of Toronto. Really really dirty everywhere around the hotel. Motel 6 two or three businesses away that is no longer a Motel 6 - but they just covered the signs up? And now there are homeless people living (in?) and definitely around it. You cannot get into any door of this building except the main entrance. Several exits, but the two side doors do not allow entry into the building. Stairwells are only accessible as exits also. Had to walk into the attached hotel to get access to a hallway to get up the stairs. The door that was available to access the stairwells from this hotel had a key pad that our keys did not work to open. SO much time spent walking around the whole hotel to get back to our room. We had to have multiple people take our dogs out because we needed someone to hold the door for us so we could easily get back in. Hotel housekeeping was REALLY rude. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and never encountered someone as rude as the housekeeper was on our floor. We stayed for a week, and had to beg for toilet paper, trash bags, and things every day. Hotel will not give you coins to do laundry either, it was like pulling teeth to get the money we needed to do our laundry. On the upside, the machines actually worked well once you were able to use them. And the homeless people that were all around were actually the most friendly people we met the entire time we were in Brampton.

I have to wait 1 hour for check in and the next morning 9’0 clock a lady knock on my door and then try to open it . When we were sleeping like “no privacy”. Just to ask when you are checking out.

Our new car was stolen from the hotel car park. The hotel cooperated with the police to provide video footage of the incident. However, for a hotel of Hilton’s caliber in Brampton, one would expect stronger security measures, such as gated access or regular security patrols, to help prevent such occurrences.

I like the space and cleanliness of the room. Bathroom is clean and spacious as well. I love everything about this place. Breakfast was great but I think they should change the option of food and have different items daily. Staff was very nice and helpful. I think the bed comforter should be a bit more big. Thanks for a great stay!!! We enjoyed it and would love to visit again

Large spacious rooms, good AC, lots of drawers and cupboards for longer stays, and beds were comfortable. There is a good laundry room with reasonable prices (laundry soap available at desk)... Nice fitness area (temp a bit warm for working out) and a decent pool area. No stove but a portable cooktop is available upon request. Dishwasher with pods and dish soap are provided. Rooms are cleaned and replenished every other day. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion is provided. Breakfast was busy after 8:30, and though the food was good, it was the same each day. Poor coffee makers in the rooms, and coffee is only available in the lobby during breakfast (I would suggest the hotel switch to Keurigs in the rooms.). There is a table in the room but only one chair between the table and desk area. Nice sofa and on demand TV. The hotel was in good shape, staff were friendly and accommodating and Ubers were always available with only a 1-4 minute wait. The restaurant has a small menu but prices are reasonable and the food we received was tasty and a very decent amount. We stayed as a family on vacation this time, but my husband chooses this hotel for work as well, when he is in Brampton. I would recommend and return!
