This hotel showed all amenities in application, but when i reached there they doesn't provide any swimming pool , no gym amenities even not providing room services . Poor services from staff and manager. Even they don’t have proper breakfast service. Its so disappointing.

First floor super noisy -walls are thin - could hear couple arguing , felt like there were in front of me and they had a yappy dog. Work paid 2 tired to care but peace and quiet would have been nice - The work desk was broken and some ceiling areas needed an obvie patch and paint job-with that said the sleep area was neat and tidy -no bugs but some stains you might want to scrub off the box spring - saw when I was looking for bugs lol (found none) but you might want to scrub out some of the stains on box spring - walk in shower was clean .Breakfast was a covid breakfast - everything was wrapped in brown paper bag - coffee was not to my liking . Nice gesture but just go across the street to Tims.

This was a really unusual experience. The place was strongly perfumed. I struggled to breathe in the room. We then struggled to sleep as the walls were very thin and we were in a room next to the lobby. The lobby wag loud and there was really loud noise which occurred all night long. The staff was friendly enough but I honestly cannot stress how uncomfortable the experience was. Did not sleep at all.

- One of the main reasons for booking the hotel was the pool service. However, pool was out of service through out the stay, which was quite disappointing. - Continental breakfast was included, however, served the frozen breakfast, which we did not expect at all. - No drinking water was provided. - The floor carpet was wet and had a foul smell inside the room. Had to use room freshner quite a lot - No parking infront of the hotel, had to park at a plaza infront of some other business. - Car's lock alarm went off during the mid night, and the front office staff did not seem to care about doing anything about it. Poor customer service

We really enjoy spending time at this location. Ventilation in the room and more than 2 towels & 1 rag would make the stay better. Not a fan of the bagged breakfast, but the gesture is kind. The area is quite walkable and conveniently located for drivers and transit users.
