The jacuzzi had no cold water coming out so I had to use the ice bucket to pour cold water into the tub and it was quite annoying. We didn’t say anything cuz we were nude and didn’t want to get dressed so we put up with it but this definitely feels like something that was noticed before and was neglected. Also the free breakfast was terrible the second night we went to stacked instead cuz the food made us sick from the hotel restaurant.

The man on the phone when I called about the shuttle was kind of impatient and hung up on me before I was done talking. I liked the driver - she was very friendly! The room was clean and the beds comfy, but the sound from the neighbors playing music really carried into my room. Also there were no drinks in the vending machine.
