A great place to hike the high meadows away from the usual bustle of the two National Parks on either side. The Bighorn National Forest offers a wide variety of activities, including hiking, fishing, scenic driving and a number of historic sites.

"We all were very pleased with the Story house. A magical place inside and out. The only thing missing was a hair dryer which, for us, was no big deal. The home is beautifully furnished and everything worked great. A great place for anyone looking to escape suburbia in the Bighorns. "
