This hotel is so beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The All Oar Cafe/Bar had delicious food and drinks. This location was right across tje Shiomi Station entrance, making it super convenient to get to your next location and great when coming back after a long day exploring Japan

​The Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie is one of the best places I've stayed in a while. The hotel is easy to get to from Haneda Airport. The staff was so wonderful and helpful; they would accommodate most any request we made. The hotel's amenities were amazing as well. They offer a great buffet breakfast every morning. There is a laundry service on the second floor. They also have a Family Mart in the hotel, whose staff is also very helpful. The hotel is literally just two stops away from Disneyland, it's two stops from Tokyo Station, and the train is just across the street. On top of the hotel being amazing, there are great food options nearby and even a grocery store across the street. I would really recommend this place if you enjoy a quiet location that isn't too crowded.

Such a wonderful hotel! Very clean and the room was spacious. The hotel had a lot of amenities and provided us with everything we needed. Very close to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea also. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was actually very helpful as they knew English and the hotel being right across from Shiomi was super helpful as well as we were basically between Disney and Tokyo station. The rooms were clean and the free amenities were useful. Would stay again

Very nice and convenient hotel, steps away from the train station, and with a konbini on the main floor for food and toiletries. Also, the staff was very helpful, as we arrived for check-in rather late (about 10.30 pm) and the online booking somehow had a mistake, but they quickly sorted out the problem and gave us another room, large and clean. I cannot comment on other amenities, since we stayed at the hotel pretty much just to sleep, but it was a great stay

Great stay

It's a beautiful hotel located very conveniently in front of a station so travel was easy. Supermarket is super close by and the lobby has a complementary amenities bar in case you forgot something. The coffee bar doesn't open till late, but a hotel next door has a coffee bar that opens early and is great. The beds are a bit stiff for a side sleeper, but everything else was excellent.
