Larger than average bathtub (with working stopper), larger than average mini fridge and nice armoire. Pool was nice but we didn’t get there soon enough to use it (closes at 8pm). Nice beds. Decent breakfast (waffles, bagels, cereal). Nice front desk worker. No issues. Convenient distance to Kennedy Space Center and cruise ports.

Not good experience

Upon check in I asked whether the 3rd bed was made up. The receptionist gave my 38 year old son a sheet and cover and told him to make it himself. We got to the room, 2nd floor, no elevator, and no blanket was in the room for the sofa bed. So, we had to ask for a blanket. The sofa bed was right in front of the air conditioner. We turned on the TV and needed wifi. Had to call the receptionist. She informed me that she would send maintenance man. By the time he got to the room, all was working. We needed ice for the room. When my son found the ice machine. It did not work! The breakfast offered no protein and an apple for fruit only. Needless to say, I will not go back to that hotel. I will not recommend this hotel either.

We arrived to a smoke smelled room, when it was supposed to be nonsmoking. We found condoms behind the iron and one was used, gross, and there was other peoples hair in the shower. We are glad it was only one night and that we can in late and left super early. The front desk lady was a gem though, the hair dryer didn’t work and she provided me with one, and I spilled my water in my floorboard and she gave us towels to clean it up! She was a 10 everything else was awful!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Quality of room was very poor.Smelled moldy n musky smell,very outdated,room was dirty,not enough linen n soap or shampoo,got eat up by something in bed possible bed bugs welts hope to god it’s not and I carry them home,the itching so bad had to end our trip early.Who will pay for our drs visit and cleaning of our stuff.Should have been fully refunded.looks nice from outside but inside is awful.I do not recommend this hotel.

It's ironic that they have a sticker on the door to the lobby that says "a clean you can count on," because when I first checked in, they put me in a room which had not been cleaned at all, with all the linens off the bed, trash on the floor, etc. Went back to the desk and got put into a different room, which was better, but still seemed like the floor had not been swept or mopped in a long time. The paint in the room was cracked and chipped in a lot of places and the place generally looked run down. Had housekeeping staff repeatedly knocking on the door while I was in bed, despite having the "Do not disturb" sign hanging on my doorknob. I stay in Titusville somewhat often and I decided to try this place out instead of my regular hotel to save a little money, but the slight decrease in price is not worth the steep decrease in quality.
