Historic Irish Hills, Located 1 mile from a winery with concerts 3 nights a week, and minutes away from Michigan International Speedway. Welcome to Evans Lake Waterfront in Irish Hills! This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wampler'sSand and Clark Lakes. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor house sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. First floor is very spacious with a ton of room for games, as well as 30 foot private beach just for the residence which has steps on the dock for entry. Lake does have algae which is normal for fresh lakes. You will come across fish and baby turtles that swim close to shore! The master bedroom and bunk bedroom has a shared ceiling. Currently no boat access to lake Evans is available for guests.

Exceptional stay!!!

Kevin and Dawn are fantastic hosts! They make you feel at home with all the special little things you could think of. The property is wonderful. The lake was nice and clean. Loved the spacious house. As you can see I can’t say enough about our stay. We created so many great memories! We hope to be back next year! Thanks again!

The house was lovely and was supplied with anything you might need. It was very clean. The lake was clean and clear at this time of the year. Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this rental. We were there to go to the races and spent most of our time there, so I do not have photos to share.
