"This was a last minute booking and we couldnt have been happier. We arrived and looked lost and a lovely young lady came out to ask if we needed help. She checked us in, the office was immaculate, when we asked about local restaurants she was very helpful. The rooms were so clean, fresh and relaxing. "Room was very neglected and furniture was way passed used by date, cracked imitation leather, dirty ... couldnt have cuppa cos jug was tainting the water, been burnt or something, disgusting. Didnt sleep in sheets. Map that was sent was totally wrong and it took almost half hour to find unit as it was dark and nobody answered the phone. Never complained before ever"

"The guy at reception didn't seem too oganised plus I had to return to the office for the WiFi password. I'd booked and paid through Hotels.com, yet he wanted to photocopy my drivers licence. Apart from Reception, the room was large with two comfortable double beds. Coffee, tea, provided. Room was lean and well set up."
