Location was good as it was walking distance to Feira da Luar and restaurants. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Sheets and towels not very clean. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Though they had parking, depending on which lot they put you in, it was difficult to get in and out.

The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. Spent the night to catch flight out the next day. Was not interested in water park which is probably why most people were there. Not much else around the hotel.
