I needed to stay close to Hackensack Hospital and this was convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was VERY comfortable, the air conditioning stayed at the temp I set it (many go up during the night?), and the buffet was included and had a great assortment. Overall, it was everything I could have asked for!

Booked my room for king and when signing in they told me they over booked and they could only give me 2 queens. We had a noisy family next to our room that was screaming and the tv would freeze while watching. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night.

Eau de Gym Locker Checking into my room was a sensory adventure I’ll never forget—mostly because I may never be able to un-smell it. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with an aroma so unique, so layered, it felt like the hotel was offering me an immersive experience in “scents you wish you hadn’t discovered.” The dominant notes? A tantalizing blend of well-worn gym socks and that suspiciously damp mop water that’s been used a few too many times. On the bright side, the front desk and staff are both helpful and pleasant. If I ever return, I’ll be sure to double-check that the room is free of that funky scent. And the showers? They could definitely use a boost in water pressure.
