"Overall, we had a very good experience at Hyatt Amritsar. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, service, and overall hotel experience were very good. One suggestion would be to improve the air conditioning in the lobby area, especially during warmer days. The food was good, although I shared some feedback with the Food & Beverage Manager, Gurpreet, regarding our preferences. He was very receptive and understanding, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality."
