My 2 days stay in the hotel given me tire down room on 3rd floor the lady over there. With no lift it was very difficult first day taking stairs. However the staff over there highly courageous and listened to my concerns and difficulty and Monis shift me to excellent room on first level. The room was impressive. My stay was pleasant and area was right where I wanted to be. The hotel name was not properly visible and should need some thought to make is visible as I pose difficulty to people unknown to area.

Basic but clean, has everything you need, lovely roof terrace to relax on with great views, friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location on Petit Socco in the heart of the medina.

The only downside was that the old window has a 1 glass thickness, so it does not protect against the noise of night life on the street. Overwise very clean, tiny but private bathroom.

Get what you pay for.

I want to start off by saying - STAFF IS AMAZING. So kind and friendly and welcoming. The property itself is a little beat up. The bed in my room (#19) had a broken frame and the desk chair was ruined. Light fixture in washroom was barely hanging on. However, it’s in the perfect location. Yes, it’s noises at night but that doesn’t bother me. Perfect walking location and easy walk to catch a taxi. Honestly, for the price I paid, I wouldn’t say I’m disappointed. Just know that if you take the bargain, you get what you pay for. Again, lovely staff. They will make you feel safe and welcome.

Great location

Basic hotel, beds were comfortable, linens nice. Room was very small. No more than 10' by 10' for a twin room. Great location but thin walls so be prepared for it to be loud. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is clean, good value for money and is situated in a good location. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the room was quite cold and there was no heating. I asked to be moved to a room which faced the sun so that the room might heat up during the course of the day but I was told those rooms were 'rooms with a view' and were a different price. I was told that I could look on Expedia to book a different room but when I did so, Expedia does not facilitate room changes or cancellation once the guest has checked in. In the end, I had no option but to buy a small electric heater from the market, after which the rest of the stay was pleasant. I stayed in January.

I took my whole family to Morocco in Feb 2023 and didn't know what to expect. I found this hotel to be perfectly located in the old Medina shopping and dining district. What a beautiful location. I could see out my window and also a balcony window the plaza below that was filled with performers, restaurants, sounds and good smells. The food was amazing. We got 3 rooms for the family of 7. The cost was an average of $25 per room. Our hotel rooms were not new and didn't have what most westerns would think a room would have, mainly just for sleeping, I had no complaints. Though keep in mind that when parking for most hotels, you will need to walk up the palisades at the water frontside. Which was a nice winding road, path or sidewalk to get to the plaza. Though likely you may want to pay a local helper dressed in official ferry looking clothes (HE did not work for the hotel or the ferry) The hotel and well lit overnight parking lot was close to the ferry too! Inexpensive at $10 24hrs. I was also super happy and surprised at the care and generosity of the hotel manager, a well dressed and well educated man in his 30's, who picked me up in his BMW and personally drove to me the hospital emergency room in the middle of the night. I had cut my hand enough to get stitches. The hotel picked up the emergency room cost, the transportation, medicine and he even took me for a soft drink and bite to eat. When I go back I am going to stay here again.

Excellent location off Petit Socco in Tangier. We booked it for an inexpensive place to rest and take a nap during our day trip to Tangier, and it worked perfectly. We did not stay overnight. Staff was very friendly. The bed blocked the door, but we could close the door by moving the bed a little.

Stayed twice.

We stayed twice at the start and end of our trip. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, good value and it has a spacious communal area and good views from the roof. On our return we did find our room at the front of the hotel really noisy, obviously that is not their fault and they did helpfully move us to a quieter room the following day.
