Hotel was nice, food was good, staff was not friendly. Had a handful of friendly workers, not just our experience, was talked about by other guests as well. Very pushy to get you to sign up to for timeshare sales pitch. Restaurants reservations were very limited when booking, yet each restaurant was 25-30% full. Room service was not available unless you booked the day before. 24 hour room service was not available most time frames, due to reservations times all being booked just liked he dinners.

Very nice hotel, loved the entertainment! The only thing I can say it’s they need more golf carts to move around guests through the hotel, because some of the rooms are very far from the main lobby and restaurants and every time we had to wait a long time… other than that very nice time me and my family had!!!

Rooms look clean in the picture but we experienced cockroaches inside the room. The pools had dead bugs in it and the dead roaches which i guess were washed off after the flashy rain. There are restaurants on the property but with limited dining option. No AC at all in the restaurant specially in the Japanese one. We were so sweaty that we couldn’t finish our food but had to walk out without eating. The Italian restaurant was closed half the time we’re there, couldn’t get a chance to visit that place not a single time. I would suggest that check out the other properties before booking this one as we were a group of 13 and everyone has the same perspective. We did not read the reviews well and hence ended up getting this property. Unfortunately, if we visit Domican Republic again, we are not going in this property..

Some staff was friendly. Paid extra for the diamond club, don’t waste your money. The soaking tub was old and leaked. They do not change the bedding every three days like all other hotels and resorts. You have to ask for them to be changed. I accidentally waste pineapple juice on the blanket but instead of changing the linen with the big stain on it, it was nicely smoothed out and remade with the rest of the bedding. Good at the resort was pretty good. Male staff are very annoyingly flirtatious. Check in was a joke. No one wanted to help. Asked three people about checking in for diamond club and all just pointed to another person. After standing 45 minutes in a line that I shouldn’t have, I asked one of the ladies walking giving welcome drinks(one that I was not offered or given), she told me that my check in was in a whole other building. I will not return on my next visit. Was definitely it worth the money. Also, don’t book with Nexus tours on site. They are a rip off.
