I would not recommend this property for families travelling with young children. There are very limited food options from 11:00 - 12:30 except for room service which took an average of 90 min each time we ordered it. We had a cockroach in our swim up Junior suite. The employees are very nice, but not very informed. Not automated, check in took over an hour and our bracelets did not work, we had to come back to the front desk. Again the people are great, the systems are terrible and the schedule is not condusive to young families. One lady went and bought an small electric cook top to cook for her child. Not a vacation. They need more flexibility in the food schedule and to automate their systems. If you overlook those items, the beach is one of the most beautiful, the lazy river and the kids pool are also excellent. The coffee shop was a hit as well as the coffee at the buffet was not very good. It is not the local team it is the management that needs to modernize and review the offerings. Best - the staff, beach and lazy river, coffee shop. The food - not great, the wait times, horrible, information when you ask someone is not always correct. 3.5/5
