While a bit old fashioned it was lovely, clean, provided wonderful service and the outdoor Onsen was mixed so my husband and I could experience it together. "直前でも禁煙室取れてありがたかったです。 みどりやのお風呂に行けるのも嬉しいです。 露天風呂の、湯浴み着着て混浴なのはよいのですが、川に入れば女湯が見えるところまで男性が来れてしまうのは残念です。施設としては充分よくしてるのに、利用者のモラルというかマナーというか。。内湯上がるのに立ち上がったら見えるよなあって感じました。気づかず来てしまったにしてはなあ。。施設の心配りを台無しにするのはだめですね。"

"Tried to check out and could not as they did not have staff to take payment. Had to leave to make it to bus in order to catch my train and flight. Has to go to extraordinary lengths to pay them after. Also extremely overpriced for this hotel, would never come back."
