People will walk in while you're sleeping under the guise of you "checking" out. They dont knock or announce themselves, they just walk in. I didn't feel safe after 4 times of that happening as a single woman.

If you're a single woman I wouldn't recommend this place because they'll find a reason to randomly walk in your room under the guise that thry thought you were "checking" out. That happened to me four times within the month and a half i was there. There's dog poop all threw the hallways and elevator. This is not a place for single woman.

I drove all night to attend a rehearsal dinner In Florida from NJ. I asked to have an early check-in and I was told no. That Check-in is at 3pm. I became very upset. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the night person was the manager. I later found out he was not the manager. He did not speak the truth. Another person told me This person was the owner of the hotel that was not true. Then I was told by the man calling himself the owner; he would leave and get a shower chair for me that was requested months ago and confirmed by me calling the hotel. That didn't happen. The lady manager that refused to allow me early check-in gave me a chair from the lounge. I had back surgery twice and I really didn't want to fall trying to wash my feet. I explained that to the lady. I couldn't get onto Wi-Fi and I called the front desk twice before getting on; no instruction in the room explaining the Wi-Fi. I couldn't get the lights to come on in the room. Again, I called the front desk and was told to insert a card in the box on the wall No instructions in the room. I asked about an ice machine and I was told if I wanted ice to go and buy it from the gas station. Things that should be noted in the room or at least told to me at check-in were not. There were roaches in the room. I will have great difficulty recommending your hotel in the future. And I will share my experience with my family and friends.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend We had a very unpleasant stay at Woodspring Suites in Wesley Chapel, FL, and I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was indifferent and unwelcoming, making check-in feel like a chore rather than a service. Noise was another big issue. People were loud in the hallways at all hours of the night, and there seemed to be little to no enforcement of quiet hours or basic courtesy. We didn’t feel safe, and it certainly didn’t feel like a place meant for relaxation. Housekeeping services were nonexistent unless specifically and strongly requested. Overall, our stay at Woodspring Suites was frustrating and uncomfortable. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Stay!

My stay here at this hotel was good. I was very thankful that the environment seemed safe and welcoming. Checking in was easy and the workers at the front desk were nice. I was on the 2nd floor, and my room was clean. The bedding was nice, the fridge and stove were polished, and the bathroom was spotless. 10/10 for cleanliness upon arrival. Regarding the pillows, they were very soft. If staying more than 3 days, you may need to ask for a replacement. The water pressure was good, and the water was hot. My only other downside was that the walls are paper-thin. I did not like this because you can hear conversations and microwave noises from another room. I also did not like that the cleaners clean every 2 weeks. I was hoping to get weekly cleaning with fresh towels and the toilet restocked. Overall, my stay was nice. Yes, I would stay here again.
