I had an amazing stay at SpotX in Tampa! Melissa and the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had a great vibe. What really stood out was the warm hospitality — everyone made sure I had everything I needed and created such a positive experience. My stay was truly awesome 👍💯. Florida stay

I stayed at this hotel many times when it was a Sleep Inn and enjoyed it. The hotel staff was very accommodating. I did not like the fact that I could not open my blinds to get some Florida sun. There was no curtain or anything to shield people from the outside looking in. I was on the first floor facing the parking lot and people were sitting outside of my window. Hardware from previous window treatment had not been removed. There were no lids that fit the coffee cups or regular sugar my entire stay. The bedside table was very very small. It's size was about 12x12. I had to clean the TV remote prior to using it because it had what looked like dried food on it. The clock on the bedside table had not been cleaned and look like kids at smeared food or something on it as well.

The actual room and hotel are great. What was not great was I was first given an unclean room (not cleaned from previous guest), then a room with no ac and the check-in clerk was so rude and had an attitude. Would not stay here again.
