The staff was great friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice. The beds weren’t the best but they weren’t the worst either. I like to judge each hotel by 2 things: 1st is the toilet paper rough or soft and of the room has a fridge does it make noise. In this case the hotel used rough (cheap) TP but I will say one of the few where the fridge didn’t keep me up at night.

Located in a central location, bright and clean, no food amenities until later in the evening. A couple of items for about the bathroom in our room on the fifth floor had a loose barn door that banged the wall when used. Also the hot water took a long time to reach the sink and shower. And lastly the shower head was mounted so high one under 6’6” can not adjust the shower head

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we encountered was parking. The lot was full and when we inquired about where else to park we were given no other options. We found out later parking was available behind the bank.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Amenities were open and easily available. The room (bed, towels, shower, sink and coffee center) was made up well and welcoming. However, it became evident it was a room for pets. Under the bathroom vanity and on base boards, was a noticeable accumulation of black fur. My dog is orange and white. I am happy to pay the pet fee but I would expect it to be for the extra fur cleanup. I did mention this to the front desk person who checked me out and showed her a picture. I told her I wanted to mention it was not up to the standard I expected but that I did have a nice stay. She was apologetic and not defensive and that was how I wanted to leave it

Room was very clean and staff was very pleasant. Bathroom door was barn door style and was noisy and odd for a bathroom. Did not close enough to give full privacy. Weird choice for a bathroom door.
