1) I know dogs are allowed BUT; I stepped off the elevator into a puddle of dog urine. Front desk should tell occupants to alert them of any dog urine accidents in order to have maintenance or themselves clean up the urine. 2) The room was not clean. There were uncleaned sticky surfaces throughout the room. I would NOT recommend staying at the property. Nor would I ever stay there again.

accommodating staff, clean room, great price. the only problem is that if you're not driving, public transportation is limited. there's a bus station across the street, but the buses don't all go into town. if you walk, be careful of the large area nearby that is filled with trash and the likely domain of homeless. otherwise, the main street is highly walkable as it has great sidewalks and walk signs.

The staff was rude they were not very professional the room was dirty especially the floor i went downstairs to report and gave me attitude they said they would do something about it but didn't offer another room. My key card didn't work had to go downstairs twice to get it fixed one of the ladies rolled her eyes like i bothering her never again i will stay there and pay attention when I pick a hotel with ther thousand of excuses and didn't try to anything about the dirty floor 😡

Im on the fence about this place.. the staff were mostly nice and the sense of community was strong. But I the cleaning of my room was horrible. The first day I could tell the floors were not swept or mopped. Had a greasy feel to it as if there was animal urine from the people before me. There was hair and crumbs all over the floor. I had to request someone to re clean the floor. Even after they did it was still poorly swept and mopped. I witnessed no water being using to mop. Just a spray bottle with a purple substance in it. I had to clean the floor myself to feel satisfied. The bed surprisingly had no hair.. under the kitchen sink were multiple beer cans. some spilt. I didnt bother calling the front desk because their line kept sending me to voice mail. I stayed here for 13 days, and each call i mare during that time was sent to voice mail. The smell.. my room smelled really bad upon entering each time.. mold maybe? It was embarrassing having guests come by. Each time I entered I had to warn them about the weird smell. Lastly, pests. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. I’m finishing up my business and all of a sudden, a roach scurries across the floor into the door frame. All in all the cleanliness was absolute trash, Nasty, repulsive but the neighbors were really nice and helpful. Always held the door open for me and my four children. P.s. they need better cleaning supplies. The broom I borrowed snapped after 1 minute of use. the mop is a rag.

We stayed here because we were Pcsing to the area and we asked the front desk if we departed early we would get a refund for the days we no longer needed because they can sell our room type quick. I never got the refund and when I called they said they do not do refunds! All the staff were outside smoking joints right by the sigb that says no smoking within 100ft of the building and they all lived at the hotel and the night crew worked in their pajamas! Super unprofessional! They do not do linen exchanges but they will charge you for it! Also they charged us the pet fee for our medical alert dogs we had with us after stating they didn’t require a pet fee we were charged $5.00/day for a 16 day stay! Also their housekeeper walked into our room without knocking which scared my 2 year old! Would not recommend.
