The worst stay at any hotel that I have ever stayed at. I checked in at about 3:30pm on Monday 7/29/24 many holes in the walls where the old pictures had been. There was not any Kleenex, hand soap or bath soap. I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager Mandeep Rao, he gave me a box of tissue and was told he was sorry but they did not have any bar soap that they would have some the next day and I just can use the shampoo to wash my hands with and take a shower. The next day on Tuesday my wife and I went to the office for the advertised free breakfast only to find watered down coffee, Kirkland chocolate chip Soft and Chewy granola bars and small packages of cinnamon horns that they considered breakfast. And housekeeping still had no bars of soap. When we returned to the room around 4:00pm after being gone all day we found our room the way that we left it as it had not been cleaned. We went the office and was told by the manager that the housekeeper had left for the day sorry that your room was not cleaned, and that they still did not have any bar soap so he gave me a hand full of packets of shampoo to wash with. I asked for some clean towels and was again told sorry but they don’t have any of those either. Wyndham Hotels you should be ashamed of your “Days Inn Lakewood South Tacoma “ property. And Travelocity-Expedia you need to remove it from your website.

Used food in the mini fridge when we got there. Scratching all over the floor. Stains on the sheets. The toilet flusher stopped working so I called them, they said someone would come to the room but never did. My partner ended up fixing it while we stayed there. We were only there 1 night so I was fine but it was eh and I don't think I'd stay more than 1 night. The employees were polite enough during check in and out.

First of all i pay for breakfast and there is no breakfast and coffe test like water it was lady there she staying she act like she own the hotel she wasn’t helpful at all And i complained about the breakfast and after i checking out i see 50$ charge in my bank account and i call them they say there is 50$ fees charge for towel damage which is so surprising for me i never heard that stupid word before about towel damage which is lying and i never do any damage to the towel so redicluse and i won’t go back there again

This property may look like the photos with cool artword, but it has a dingy resthome smell, and for whatever reason the hotel does not provide handsoap in the rooms, even if you ask! They advertise free breakfast, and the entire breakfast offerings consisted of one box of Kirkland chocolate chip granola bars and three packaged pastries. Refrigerators were empty, shelves were bare where once a continental breakfast may have taken place. I would suggest they add hand soap to the budget, and takie free breakfast off of their offerings unless it drastically changes.

Its not very welcoming. The front desk failed to let me know where things were at- I had to ask where my room was-but mostly I was on edge as I didn't want to add any charges to my stay. If you plan on staying there you get what you pay for. Also, bring own towels as they charge for 20.00 for any stained towels and if you request more towels than what. Is provided its 20.00. They were also testing the smoke alarms with no warning- it was loud. TV quality was horrible- basically had it on for noise but you couldn’t actually watch anything clearly.

As I noted before, this property was not as described. The photos do not show this property is located in an area that is run-down. There was a homeless person urinating up against the building and management was not monitoring the situation. I could not keep my family at this location due to SAFETY concerns. I cancelled my stay at the front desk in person and took my family home thus cancelling our weekend get-away. I would not and will not recommend this place to anyone that I know going in that direction. I have requested a return of all monies expended and am in the process of challenging all credit card charges due to noncompliance from the local property and Corporate.
