The room was very spacious. The staff was VERY nice and hospitable. I believe we dealt with a McKenzie at the front desk and she was so nice and helpful she definitely went above and beyond to make our stay a great one!

Check in was fine, took a little longer than I’d typically like as she was pretty chatty with the people before us, but she was very friendly. The room is old. It’s smells old and it feels grubby. The fridge/freezer is visibly dirty on the outside and top and looks like it hasn’t been wiped over in a while. The shower curtain doesn’t fit so water goes everywhere in the bathroom and it’s very slippery. The pillows are so soft and uncomfortable, The hot tub is out of order which is a shame. The pool area was nice but the water is very cold. Lots of parking. Area feels safe and close to many things. Not the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had but I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Breakfast was a bagel - yes it was fresh. :-) It was exactly what I wanted. Was surprised to see a microwave AND a dishwasher in the room. Didn't need it but good to know. Room was clean. Note re room: the bathroom sink is very slow. Would be nice to have an extra blanket in the closet. :-)

The staff were nice and they kept the hotel clean, but the pool was ice cold and the workout room was a joke. There was only one ice machine that worked, and that was on the first floor. The TV was a small screen.

There was no heat in the room. Staff said there was a work order that never happened..plus management was rude. Told us we had to check out because we stayed over 30 days. But they told us to check out for 1 day and come back..we did just that and they still would not extend our stay.

We stayed in the room with a jetted tub which I always look for. It was great till we saw how dirty the jets were. A washcloth that was used in the tub turned brown against the drain and jets. Breakfast was good with ample choices and kept up and clean. The employees were very friendly also
