Attitude of clerk at service desk was very bad. Room was not ready then wait and finally give us another room but charge the same. Room was having bugs and bed sheet was not clean at ever green hotel.

This property is old and unkept. Wallpaper pealing off, brackets broken, window seals failing, it's been neglected for years. Outside landscaping needs lots of work too.

I was repulsed at seeing the bottom of the pool being filthy and covered with green scum on the bottom when my grandson was really looking forward to using the pool but couldn't. That was a huge reason why we chose this hotel I didn't like the condition of the room. There was many dead black bugs under the bed. The room was not very clean, short on towels/linens. Didn't get our keys until hours after check in time. I spent hours back and forth trying to get the situation resolved. The staff did ok under the circumstances...

Mostly great place, very comfy bed and large room. Only downside is the hot water was non existent, which was a disappointment considering I chose my room based in the presence of a jetted tub.

Staff was uncooperative due to visit being booked on Travelocity They were unwilling to help I had an emergency come up and was in hospital with documentation I was told if I did not get my stuff out of room by checkout I’d be charged additional days No coffee made in lobby
