Nice quiet place my kids enjoyed the pool, room was very clean and welcoming! We also loved the haircare products they provide we usually bring our own but in a rush i forgot to pack them and good thing because shampoo and conditioner didnt disappoint.

The outside is definitely looking worn. They are doing some sort of remodeling so I'm guessing that will help. Parking spots are fewer due to storage containers for construction taking up stalls farther out from the hotel. The stuff is really friendly and you are close to Dupont gate at JBLM

One of the rooms that I booked was missing a shower curtain and the bedsheet was filthy. Although the other room that I booked was fine. The room service staff with carts were congregating at the elevator area, blocking usage of the elevators. Breakfast area was small and not that neat and food was not replenished.

I stayed at this property for two weeks and didn't have any issues. My daughter and son in-law had just had they're 3rd son, so I came to help out. This property was just what I needed, so that I could focus on my family and have some me time, at the end of the day.
