Its a place to stay or sleep - staff are very nice but honestly the place look outdated already, the smell in the lobby have smell of something good but overwhelming , its like covering up a strong stinge. The rooms were clean, but the first two days no one cleaned our room. The third day, they changed our towels but did not clean the sink or make the bed. But did take our tip. The front desk staff were friendly. The facility is old. I was disappointed with the facility for the price I paid. Also, no dining options within walking distance. Homeless people in the parking lot asking for money. But it was only 10 minutes from Syracuse University.

Rooms are spotless. Staff very efficient and it’s very well run. Location felt a little dodgy but the security at the hotel and care taken to avoid non residents access was superb.

There were too many maintenance issues. The entrance to the facility near my room was busted and I had to enter from the main entrance each time. The lobby was dark, dingy and uninviting. The room was stuffy and the toilet & air duct in the bathroom had to be repaired. The breakfast was scarce. For example, of the 3 small containers of hot options, I had to wait for the eggs to defrost before they could be prepared and made available. As a result, my best options was a toasted bagel.
