am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from [19/04/2025] to [20/04/2025]. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations promised by your website and booking platform. During my stay, I encountered the following issues: • [Example: The room was not clean upon arrival, with dirty linens and a foul odor.] • [Example: The air conditioning was not working properly and so noisy I couldn’t sleep well making it very uncomfortable.] • [Example: The staff was unresponsive to my complaints and failed to address the issues promptly.] These problems significantly impacted my stay and were not reflective of the standards I anticipated when booking with your establishment. I believe a partial/full refund or compensation would be appropriate given the circumstances. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of your services for future guests.

Ticks all the boxes

Fantastic hotel, lovely room, great bed and very friendly staff. A well equipped gym and we loved the pool. It’s close to museums and Barangaroo with a ferry stop a few minutes away. We stayed four nights and free parking was included in what we felt was a very reasonable nightly rate. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel was well maintained and modern. Staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful city view. Blackout blinds. No noise from other rooms or rooms above as is often the case at hotels. Nice and quiet. Room service expensive but very prompt, lovely meals and generous portions. Excellent, accessible location. Close to everything and restaurants. Restful stay. Happy and recommended.
