Wonderful breakfast buffet in terms of variety, from Muesli to vegetables to omelet, and quality. Good cappuccino too. Location is perfect for walking around the harbor area (The Rocks, Opera House and Botanic Gardens), as well riding light rail.

The hotel staff were fantastic; however, the administrative side of things needs improvement. I was happy with the overall service until I received a notification under my door at 5:00 a.m. regarding issues with charges to my account. I then had to go through the entire process of proving that all payments had already been settled in order to resolve the matter.
