Good stay

The staff working at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. We came in a big car and wouldn’t fit in the underground car park and the staff happily provided alternative parking for us. The rooms are becoming a bit dated and felt unclean. The carpet and couch had stains, the bathroom silicone had mould around the shower, sink and toilet and the walls all around the room had dirty marks and scuffs. The pillows on the beds are quite thin and uncomfortable. Daily room service made sure the sheets, towels and room was always feeling fresh, which did improve the feeling. The hotel is in a good space and within walking distance of the CBD. I think with a bit of TLC this hotel would reach what you expect a 4 star hotel to look like.
