Very satisfying time at the Crown plaza.

Used this hotel as day hotel initially as our flight was early am. Stayed on two more occasions over our holidays in Australia and on both occasions the staff at reception were very helpful sorting out parking and late departure for us. Very central location and good value.

Luxurious room but beware of car park hours & fee

Lovely luxurious feeling in the room. Plenty of nice products to use. Good coffee & pastries served in the foyer. Scanned room key for the lift which reduced touching public surfaces. Convenient to Town Hall & Darling Harbour. Car park - was tricky to find the entry. Time of arrival and departure were adjusted to suit our purpose but was billed incorrectly & I had to request a change in the charges. Was parked for about 23 hours and was going to be charged $155! Actual fee was $65.

Overall it was a nice stay for me and my family. Everything at the hotel was decent and the rooms were alright. The main highlight of the hotel would be its spot right in the city making everything accessible just by walking etc. shopping, dining and scenic spots.
