Property rated high for a dated hotel. Drawer pulls broken, furniture scratched, tub rusty, tub drain broken, and nasty carpet stains. Breakfast food below average. Felt unsafe considering area when I looked out my window.

I hate writing negative reviews… I prefer the good ones … when you get to rave about what a great job someone is doing. But when I read reviews, it’s because I’m looking for information. So here’s the information: Amazing front desk clerk! She was happy, fun, cheerful and chilled. 👍 The bed was great 👍 Nothing else about the hotel was really up to BWP standard . 4 Hotels in 4 days and this was the worst but not the cheapest. Mold in the shower, lights burnt out, dust in the corners, no water bottles, coffee machine in the bathroom with sub par cheap hotel no name brand coffee bags, no a great neighborhood, on a main road and my husband said the cheapest, unhealthiest breakfast that we had seen in the 4 days. Would I stay here again? If I had to . It wasn’t that bad… but would I choose to stay here again ? No Thank you. A Very basic hotel under a higher standard brand.

Love the Best Western Plus in Sweetwater TX

The staff was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The front desk agent placed me on the top floor so that I would not hear footsteps above me later in the night. Also, she placed me on the side of the hotel facing a quiet neighborhood in Sweetwater, which was quite a pleasant view. Breakfast on Sunday was filling and good, and the catering agent checked on whether I enjoyed the meal, which I said I did. Hotel was well kept and very convenient for my work.

The Awesome Lady at the Front desk is Exceptional!!!!!!! The Hotel and all common areas are Very Very Nice and very Clean! I was very tired when I got here around 8:50 PM as my Day had started in Yantis Texas and then I had to go to Midland Texas to help family then I drove 107 miles to this hotel in Sweetwater Texas and it Made my overall day and Night and morning Much, much Better !!!!
