"We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself was excellent, incredibly comfortable, and provided a great setup for our large group. One of the absolute best features is the location—it is well within walking distance to the beach, making daily trips very easy. The property also included the vast majority of the listed amenities as described, and the host, Erica, was very responsive and attentive whenever we reached out.There were just a few minor maintenance and amenity details that could be improved:The Grill: We were disappointed to find that the barbecue grill did not have a gas tank installed. When we contacted Erica, we were told it would be an extra 50 charge just for the installation. Fortunately, they did allow us to use charcoal instead, so we were still able to cook outside, but the extra fee felt unnecessary for a listed amenity.Outdoor Space: The grass was quite overgrown and had not been mowed prior to our arrival. Additionally, some of the outdoor furniture had peeling paint and could use a bit of refreshing.Amenities for Groups: Since the house comfortably accommodates a large group, having a few more beach towels available would be a fantastic addition for future guests.Overall, it is a lovely home in a fantastic location with a great host. With a little more attention to yard care and clearer communication regarding the grill, this would easily be a flawless five-star experience. We would still gladly recommend it for a beach getaway!"
