There were black mold in the bathroom and the window was open when I got there with ac on full blast. I didn't notice the window was open at first. It felt a bit unsafe but could have been missed by the cleaners. I told my neighbor the next day as hers were left open as well. It was a comfy bed and we slept nice. Hot water in the shower. Room was clean besides the mold.

They said there were no rooms available - in spite of my showing them my reservation confirmation . They did have my reservation in the computer, they just chose to give my room to someone else. Also the clerk was not in the office for a VERY long time. I waited for service for 10 minutes, then they advised that their key card machine was broken and they would not be able to issue any keys, but they could let me into my room, and then - after 20 minutes - they said they had no rooms. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel or motel.

The person in the room next-door to me was living in that room for an extended period of time and left her bag of trash outside in front of my door. That was strange. And checking in there was no staff available. People lining up to check in waiting for the staff to return. If the room is supposed to be available, then you should be able to check in without having to wait.

I felt like this place needs to either get new ownership ,people that will actually help or condemned. This is a druggy heaven . I don't think a single person checked in but myself and a couple that were elderly were there to sleep.
