For warm water from the sink, water has to run for about 30 minutes. The ice machine needs time to recover, no fridges in the room, so you are dependend on it. WIFI is de facto not available it disconnects about every 30 seconds. I was advised to go to Star Bucks instead. People need to move out after 14 days, this is advertised on the front desk but not online. I tried to book somewhere else but was stuck with the WIFI problem till 3am, then I gave up. The next day those facilities were sold out. I do not complain about the staff, they have to endure the complaints and can't change anything
