Never again!

No hot water for shower. Asked staff and they said let the water run for 30-45 minutes. 1 problem got to be at work in 1 hour. Sorriest hotel experience ever. Don't book at this crsp hole.

NEVER AGAIN

It was horrible. NEVER will stay at this hotel. No Ice. Thin mattresses is like sleeping on the floor. No HOT WATER for shower. Ask staff, why no hot water " let it run for a half hour" Seriously, I got to go to work. Worst is not able to take a shower. Ice machine broke down for over a month. Never again!

Online standard queen room shows frig and microwave- however, at the property, they dont include those in the room. You list it as in room amenities…. Nope! Caused aurguments and i paid over 42.00 more to rent these items diring my stay. Yikes!

The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was okayish clean but the beds had dips/holes in them, the shower has black mold, the furniture is very worn out and the room was very small. Also I was supposed to get Wi-Fi with my stay but when i logged into the Wi-Fi it said i didn't have internet access. I wouldn't recommend staying here for $100 a night.

Overall I liked the experience, but one area of improvement is definitely the wi-fi connection for guests. The speed was average but the availability was bad in the room I stayed in.

The cleaning ladies were nice and left the room real clean. I talked to a lady name Fatima and a few other and they were always ready to help. The front office closed at 630pm to 7pm with 2 1/2 hours of sun. When they go to lunch they don’t leave a sign to tell you when they coming back. The internet I give it a 2 stars cause it did t work properly for the who week I was there.
